The studios are built in a magical area almost on the waves, from which the name of the complex has been taken, just 30 meters from the sea and the amazing sandy beach of Pollonia.

The complex consists of 11 studios, 2 studios that offer accommodation to 4 persons and 9 studios which offer accommodation to 2-3 persons.

In the village of Pollonia there is organized diving center.
From the port of Pollonia, you can visit by ferry boat the neighboring island of Kimolos. There is also the possibility to organize a day trip by private boat.
The distance from the port is 10 km and from the airport 13 km, while there is a bus stop at 150 meters.

Our policy & Check-in
The complex operates from June to October
- Check in: 14:00
- Check out: 12:00
- To validate the reservation, a deposit equal to the value of two days stay is required.- The deposit should be paid through our bank account
- Cancellations policy (Decision of Greek National Tourism Organization 503007/1976 FEK 166):
- For any cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival no charge is made and the deposit is refunded in full.
- For cancellations between 7 and 21 days prior to arrival, no charge is made but the deposit is not refunded.
- For cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival or in cases of no show without prior notification a charge of 50% of the total is made.
- In cases of departure prior to the arranged date, a charge of 50% of the remaining accommodation will be made.
